  • We accept returns for items in New or Slightly Used condition.

Return Window

Customers have a period of 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Any requests made after this 30-day timeframe will be declined.

  3. Our team will review your request within 72 business hours and provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Return Shipping, Labels, and Fees

  • Return Method: All returns must be sent back to us via mail.
  • Return Labels: For your convenience, we provide a prepaid return label inside the original package at no additional cost (Free).
  • Restocking Fees: Annhutson does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
  • Shipping Costs: There are no fees for return shipping when using the provided label. Please note that original shipping charges from the initial purchase are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our facility located at 1125 VICTORIA STREET, SUITE R, COSTA MESA, CA 92627, UNITED STATES, we will finalize the processing of your refund. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be credited back to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

Please be advised that Annhutson does not accept exchanges at this time. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please follow the return process outlined above to receive a refund, and you may place a new order for the desired item.
