Shipping Destinations

We currently provide shipping services to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please be advised that Annhutson does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time. We are focused on maintaining high service standards within the United States before expanding to international destinations.

Order Processing Time

Our fulfillment team works diligently to prepare your order for shipment.

  • Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are typically processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the following business day.
  • Standard processing time is 1 to 2 business days. During high-volume seasonal periods, please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for handling.
  • In the event of an unexpected delay, Annhutson will notify you immediately via support@annhutson.com.

Transit and Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days. Please note that transit times may be influenced by external factors such as extreme weather conditions, carrier delays, or national holidays. If your package has not arrived within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us so we can investigate the status with the carrier.

Our Shipping Partners

To maintain a high standard of delivery reliability, Annhutson partners with reputable domestic carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Our system automatically assigns the most efficient carrier based on your specific shipping address and the package requirements.

Shipping Fees

We aim for transparency in our pricing. Annhutson applies a flat-rate domestic shipping fee of $6.99 to all orders within the United States, regardless of the order size or weight. Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly communicated on the annhutson.com homepage.

Order Tracking and Transparency

Upon shipment, an automated notification will be sent to your provided email address. This email includes a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s real-time tracking portal. This allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress and view the estimated arrival date. If your tracking information does not show updates after 72 hours, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Delivery Assistance and Support

If you encounter any issues regarding your delivery, the Annhutson support team is available to help. Please contact us at support@annhutson.com if:

  • Your tracking status remains unchanged for more than 5 days.
  • Your package is marked as “delivered” but has not been received.
  • Your items arrive damaged or the delivery exceeds 7 business days.

We aim to respond to all delivery-related inquiries within 1 business day to provide a swift resolution, which may include filing a carrier claim, reshipping the items, or issuing a refund.
